What this application is

Hermes Agent is a single-user personal automation assistant. It is not a public product and does not have public sign-ups, a user base, or customer accounts. It is operated by, and used exclusively by, its owner.

What it does

• Connects to the owner's own Google account to read and organise email, manage calendar events, and access files, documents and spreadsheets in the owner's Drive.
• Connects to the owner's own task manager (Todoist) to track and update tasks.
• Answers the owner's requests across messaging platforms he already uses.
• Runs scheduled jobs for the owner, such as daily briefings and reminders.

Who can use it

One person: the owner. Access is limited to a single Google account that the owner controls and explicitly authorises. There is no multi-tenant access and no third-party user data is processed.

Data handling

All Google user data accessed by this application belongs to the owner and is used only to perform tasks the owner requests. The application does not sell, share, or transfer this data to any third party, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train machine learning models.
